The recent unrest in Ukraine has been felt globally, and here at Forward Ability Support & our social enterprise, BrightSky Australia, we’ve wanted to show our support.
We asked our medical team to recommend some products that would be appropriate to donate to the people of Ukraine, as the business has made the decision to support victims of this humanitarian tragedy.
We became aware of a wonderful outreach program of a woman by the name of Liz Paslawsky. Liz’s organisation is coordinating shipments of medical and other products to war-torn Ukraine. This month, the goods will be sent in shipments on Australian Air Force transport planes to be supplied to Ukrainian hospitals and medical clinics.
We anticipate we will be sending around 30 pallets to support people in need; we will share any further updates with you in due course.
